Founded by husband and wife, Matt & Andrea Martinec, Oakland County CrossFit is an organization dedicated to the advancement of human performance and a return to functionality. The tools we use to increase your performance are much simpler than those you would see in a traditional fitness center and are much more primal in nature. We believe the movements and exercises you use in training should look normal outside the training environment.
